Is it safe to use my credit card on Zazou.mu? 

Yes, its perfectly safe. Zazou uses a secure online system through SBM to process payment details.

 

How do I know the delivery person is genuine? 

All items are delivered by Fedex as a trusted partner and well recognized world wide.

I was charged the wrong amount – what do I do?

What do I do if I pay but I do not get redirected to the website? 

This shouldn't happen, however if it does take a screenshot of the error message and send it to sales@zazou.mu. If the payment has failed due to interruption of internet connection please try again or check with your credit card provider to confirm if payment has been authorised. If you are still not sure, we'll be happy to help you get it sorted over the phone 5763 3768.

 

What do I do if I confirm online payment but don’t get a confirmation email? 

You should receive your email order confirmation from us within minutes of placing your order. Or one of our team will call to confirm over the phone. If you do not hear anything, please call us on 5763 37 68 or write to us on sales@zazou.mu with your order number and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
