Terms & Conditions

  1. We hope you are enjoying browsing our products and information. Whilst using this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions which together with our privacy policy govern Zazou relationship with you in relation to this website. When you purchase from Zazou you enter into a contract and these terms detail our responsibilities to you.

  2. The term ‘Zazou’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is in Residence Palmyre, Flic en Flac. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

  3. The content within the pages of this website are for your general information and use. Whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own discretion. The content is subject to change without notice.

  4. Images used on this website may depict products that we do not sell that are used as props for photography. Some images may be used for illustration purposes only.

  5. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is only allowed with written consent from Zazou.mu

Returns & Exchange Policy 

  1. Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable.

  2. Before signing the delivery slip, the customer should check the conformity and conditions of the products delivered at the time of delivery.

  3. The customer should check the items delivered and match his/her order at the collection point. Any missing or damaged products should be informed to the delivery team for replacement. Once delivery is made, we will not be liable for any shortages or any damaged products.

  4. The delivery team will deliver only to the address provided on the order form. We will not be liable if delivery could not be done due to wrong address provided by the customer. The customer will need to arrange for delivery by paying an additional delivery charge or choose to pick up at our shop in Candos.

Delivery and Collection Policy

  1. Only one delivery address is allowed per order placed.

  2. Door to door delivery services and Collection is only available in Mauritius. Delivery charges are Rs 350 per order.

  3. The products will be delivered by the Fedex delivery team, at the address given upon placing the order.

  4. We endeavour to deliver within 2-3 working days from the date of the order (orders placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day). Working days are Monday - Friday excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays.

  5. Delivery is made on working days only, between 09h00 and 17h00. The customer will be able to track his/her order through a tracking code which will be sent to him/her once the order is picked up by the Fedex team. The delivery team will then contact him/her to arrange for the delivery day and time.

  6. Delivery is made when the customer signs the delivery slip from the delivery agent.

  7. The customer should show the order number/receipt and his/her National Identity Card (NIC) as proof of identity to the delivery agent.

  8. If the delivery has been accepted by a third party, he/she should also show his/her national Identity Card (NIC) to the delivery agent.

  9. The customer should not accept the delivery if the parcel is not properly sealed or has been damaged and informed the delivery person for replacement.

  10. The customer should check the items delivered and match his/her order at the collection point. Any missing or damaged products should be informed to the delivery team for replacement. Once delivery is made, we will not be liable for any shortages or any damaged products.

  11. The delivery team will deliver only to the address provided on the order form. We will not be liable if delivery could not be done due to wrong address provided by the customer. The customer will need to arrange for delivery by paying an additional delivery charge or choose to pick up at our shop in Candos.
