Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
Before signing the delivery slip, should check the conformity and conditions of the products delivered at the time of delivery.
The customer should match his/her order at the collection/delivery point. Any missing or damaged products should be informed to the delivery team for replacement. Once delivery is made, we will not be liable for any shortages or any damaged goods.
The delivery team will deliver only to the address provided on the order form. We will not be liable if delivery could ot be done due to wrong address provided by the customer. In case this happens, the customer will need to arrange for delivery by paying an additonal delivery charge or choose to pick up at our shop in Candos.
